What do we do?

Purity

The use of DNA strands as therapeutic molecules or as sensitive probes in diagnostics require ultrapure DNA sequences which cannot currently be produced using chemical methods. At Moligo Technologies we use biological processes, naturally evolved for billions of years, to produce error-free DNA sequences, which are going to allow gene therapeutics and precision molecular diagnostic to reach the clinic.

 

Length

DNA tools have to be fit for purpose. If you need to use CRISPR to insert a several thousand base gene then your DNA template has to be at least as long. We produce the longest DNA strands on the market and we’re always aiming to increase the length so that your experiments aren’t limited by your DNA tools.

 

Complexity

DNA (including our own genome) has several degrees of complexity such as sequence repeats and folding rearrangements which could limit the synthesis using standard methods. Our patented production method has no restrictions when it comes to the complexity of the sequences that can be produced which means you have no restrictions in your experimental design.

 

Scalability

Moligo Technologies can produce DNA strands at any scale. It doesn’t matter how many sequences you need or if you need industrial quantities of DNA for a large-scale study, our production method scales quickly and easily.

 

Multifunctionality

At Moligo Technologies, we have worked out how to add a variety of different modifications to our DNA strands at very high density. This means that DNA properties can be tuned to make it more suitable for a specific application, the only limit is your imagination.
