He/She will work on ssDNA manufacturing for clients, collaborators and for internal use, but will also contribute in implementing new methods to synthesize, purify, and scale up ssDNA production, together with Process Development team. He/She will be involved in the execution of both upstream/downstream unit operations and use of methods to quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture ssDNA for client projects and internal use.
Document all work in an electronic lab notebook, manufacturing execution system, lab execution system, lab information system, quality management system, and process knowledge database as appropriate.
Support the implementation of manufacturing processes (Tangential Flow Filtration and Chromatography ).
Plan and execute client and scientific projects. Troubleshoot unit operation performance
Report on internal and client project status and product critical quality attributes (CQAs).
Present/Involved on major developments and innovation initiatives.
Create and support the development of workflows, SOPs, and related, documentation for systems, R+D, tech transfer, and quality processes.
